SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship our Foreva Different items worldwide! Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible.

The Netherlands

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €6,95 applies.
  • Delivery Time: Expected delivery is within [1-3] business days.

Rest of the World (International)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free international shipping on all orders over €150.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €14,95 applies.
  • Delivery Time: Expected delivery is within [3-10] business days, depending on your exact location and local customs.

Please note: For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Foreva Different pieces! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Costs
To keep our processes sustainable, we charge a small fee for return shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund:

  • The Netherlands: €6.95 return fee.
  • Rest of the World: €15.00 return fee.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are still attached.
  • Sale items cannot be returned / Sale items can only be exchanged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Send an email to info@forevadifferent.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Drop off your package at the designated postal drop-off point.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within [7-10] business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method, minus the return fee. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
